How do I deal with picking on me about my weight?

Question:
i get called a fatas* and i get called ugly

Answers:
Even though it hurts, just smile at them and say smething like, "it's a lovely day isn't it?" The only way any conversation works is if you counter act what they said.. so if they flip you crap and you cry they get what they want. go out of your way to follow their conmments with another one smiling, like if they say fat a-- then say yeah i know but its all paid for, or something sort of nice, annoy the crap out of them when they talk to you, turn it around. REMEMBER~it only works for them by your response.

Work out get your self cute. Do your best

well, quit picking on yourself. Well, tell them that their mother is a two-cent prostitute who gives it up for their lunch money everyday.

If you feel bad about yourself, then try a healthier eating plan or daily workout. If it's only other people's input, then I suggest you pay less attention to what other people think. or sock them in their face or something.

Unsult them back (and be quick and clever, try to have natural reflexes where insults are conserned).

Stand up for Yourself

The stress response is generally a fear response, and what we fear most is loss of control. So when your stomach is churning, take charge of something — anything — to remember your power and ability to cope.
Make a decision right now about a personal preference. It might be where you'll eat, what movie you'll see, the color of the new carpeting, or what time you'll set your alarm for tomorrow. Just do it.
Express an opinion that you have been keeping to yourself to keep the peace.
Say "no" to a request — just to practice your assertiveness.
Let someone know if they recently stepped on your toes, and establish boundaries for future interactions.
When you're all worked up, chances are that you can't control something. Get back at the helm even for a little while with something that's under your control, and you are likely to feel calmer and more able to ride out a squall.
