Has anyone tried Windsor Pilates?

Question:
And does it really work?

Answers:
Yes, I ordered a few of her tapes a few years ago. I really enjoyed them - she's a great teacher, but I definitely didn't see those stunning results just from doing it a couple times a week.

The benefits I did enjoy were: I become 10x more flexible - that was great! My abs because incredibly strong. Now, at the gym, I know how to do Pilates moves properly.

I guess I'd recommend it - I just didn't have chiseled abs in a month like the models, but I never really expected to either. :) If you like working out at home, this is a great solution. :)

I have a few of the DVD's and they actually do work pretty well. I love pilates. I've been doing it for about a year now.
oh yes, it's fantastic.
Hey there, I would think that any form of exercise would work. I have a regular pilates video system that I use and I love it, and am also thinking of trying Windsor because it looks a bit harder than what I have now, but it is expensive though, even on ebay.
Most awesome work out EVER. The first couple of days doing it, you might be sore, but TRUST me, you'll lose weight and firm up in NO TIME!
No, but it sure sounds tasty.
