Question:
I work and 8-5 job as a receptionist, and I strip from about 11:30pm-6am...I strip on Monday, Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturday nights. I work my 8-5 monday through Friday. What I need to know is when do I have time to work out!?! On Tuesdays and Thursdays I'm EXAUHSTED (or however you spell it) Because I go straight from the club home to change for my morning job. I find my self sleeping away my entire off days. I just wana lose weight by August 17th. I need to hit the gym but can't find the perfect time except on Sat. and Sun. So please...HELP!

stripping and dancing is a workout in its self are you really a stripper I've never seen an unfit unhealthy stripper

Well first off, I don't understand why people do this..... - if you think you're going to get judged why did you even bother saying you're a stripper? You could have just said you're working two jobs....

I don't know what to tell you, only you can figure out how to make time for excercise. If you work out when you're dead tired you're not going to be putting in enough effort for it to really matter. I would suggest, cutting back on your hours if you're that tired all the time - I don't know your financial situation, but if you can.. then you should. It's not healthy and if you're worried about your weight or getting in shape that lack of sleep will only make it worse.
