i ahve a big *** pimpel on my nose and right cheak and forehead i dont know how it happened what should i do?

If they have a whitehead on them, then pop them...very gently. After all that yucky stuff comes out of it, then get a "regular aspirin" and crush it up into a powder and put a couple drops of water with it to make a paste, then apply paste to the affected areas that you mentioned and let it dry.Wash the dry paste of after a little while,it should take away the redness and the pimple will look less big and gross.
