i would not recommend fasting for that period of time if yr planning on losing weight. once you start eating again yr body will store straight back into fat cells anything that you do eat so you will put back on again. you need to train yr body with healthier eating and make it become habit. some tips and article on weight loss and exercises on this site

While unhealthy, you could probably max out about 5 pounds of body fat and fifteen pounds of water. Again, temporary and not healthy. I would prefer you use safer and more reliable methods.

But you may lose about 10 to 12 pounds. But I wouldn't recommend that because your body needs energy for a regular function. You should eat at least a little bit to avoid a collapse.
