Answers:
a person who has been weight-training for a few years will see slower growth compared to a person who is just starting to train.

you gain weight by consuming more calories than you burn - it's that simple.

If your goal is to gain muscle, but you should be eating more than is required to maintain your weight. You should expect to put on some fat also, but you can always lose that later.

it is possible to gain muscle while losing fat, but the muscle gains will be slower than if you were just focusing on gaining weight.

To gain muscle while losing fat:
1> you should be weight-training 3-4 day per week - depending on how you like to train.
2> eat more Calories that required on the days you weight-train
3> eat fewer Calories than required on day that you do not weight-train, but still go to the gym and do some cardio. I would not suggest running since it puts quite a strain on the body. Try walking on a treatmill on an incline. Make sure that you increase the speed or incline of the treadmill as it get easier for you.

If you want mass then do Weigh Lifting. Mass comes from muscle build up. Anything else is just fat.

seems as though you might be consuming too much sugars and starches to your diet.
