A TYPICAL DIET GIVES U UNLIMITED RAW SALAD AND 1-2 TBSP OF DRESSING. I KNOW IT DOESNT SOUND LIKE MUCH, BUT I PROMISE, IT IS MORE THAN ENOUGH. BUT IF YOU TRYING TO BE EXTRA SAFE, BUY FATFREE SOURCREAM AND A DRY DRESSING MIX AND MAKE YOUR OWN. IT HAS ALMOST NOTHING IN IT AND IT TASTES GREAT.
Nothing is better than fries. Love them !

its all in the dressing mayo has 700 calories per average size dressing.i wish i had read up on that earlier.
Yes! It matters a lot. You can completely destroy the nutritional benefit of eating a salad by loading it with high fat, high calorie, high sodium commercial salad dressing loaded with chemicals.

But why do that? With just a little bit of reading and education, you can make HEALTHY salad dressings so good you won't know the difference. Experiment with ingredients like aged balsamic vinegar, tomato juice, fresh lemon juice, nonfat yogurt, lots of fresh herbs and spices, and (in moderation) extra virgin olive oil. You will never want to eat burgers again.
yes, it does matter! there are some dressings out there that have 200 calories per 2 tablespoons. and depending on how much dressing you use, you can end up with a salad that actually has more calories (and fat) than a burger. try using low calorie dressings; when you're at a restaurant, always order your dressing on the side to avoid eating WAY more than you need. most restaurants put up to a 1/2 cup of dressing on a salad!
