This is perfect blood pressure. We are recommending 110/70 these days to our patients as being ideal, and this is pretty close to that. You don't want it higher than 125/85 if you can help it, especially at your age. and the low end is usually about 90/60.
Your blood pressure is normal. I think its normal. 63 may suggest diastolic hypotension, but i am not sure if it makes any difference.
