My blood pressure is 118/63, what does this mean?

Question:
I'm 16, caucasian, 5'8", 160 lbs. I run five times a week and do weight training. I'm just wondering if this is good or bad, because I know that high blood pressure is bad and I suspect that if it is too low, that is also a problem.

Answers:
How many millimeters your blood can push some mecury up a tube.

118 millimeters at its highest *systolic
63 millimeters at its lowest *Dyistolic

and well So many people would do just about anything to have numbers that perfect

Other Answers:
This is perfect blood pressure. We are recommending 110/70 these days to our patients as being ideal, and this is pretty close to that. You don't want it higher than 125/85 if you can help it, especially at your age. and the low end is usually about 90/60.

Your blood pressure is normal. I think its normal. 63 may suggest diastolic hypotension, but i am not sure if it makes any difference.

Nope thats perfectly normal.
