Could I get an opinion please, ladies?

Question:
I have a picture on my profile and was wondering if I could get an opinion if I should gain more muscle. For true measurements my biceps are 14.5 Inches and about 10%-15% bodyfat (I'm pretty sure). I know its very superficial but I have real self-esteem issues.

Should I keep weight training?

Answers:
You look fantastic, you certainly don't appear to be in need of gaining any more muscle! 14.5 inch biceps, wow!

But can I ask if you have ever heard of body dymorphia? I think you may want to look it up, it is a mental disorder where the sufferer never feels they look big or muscular enough, despite all the weight training and and constant reassurance from others that they look very muscular. HTH.

i think its fine the way it is.

hey mate, i'm not a girl but i think your bod looks really good. Girls tend not to like really big body-builders so don't go too far in bulking up. Just keep trim and defined :)
