whats the best way 2 teach urself a frontflip?
Question:
Answers:
if you have a trampoline to try on, that would be a good idea because then you can feel how you have to move your body without so much risk of getting hurt. you could also go to an open workout at a gymnastics center (i know the YMCA's offer them) and there are coaches there that could help you without you having to actually join gymnastics.

trampoline, or thde local gym, i would first practice in the pool, then diving board, then trampoline,
Backflips are easier, actually. I would practice that first, then work on a front flip. I hope I'm not telling you something that you already know, but to do a back flip, jump straight up, NOT backwards, then when you reach the peak of your jump, tuck your knees into your chest and lean backwards. Practice on a padded area first. Remember to lean back too. The first time I did a backflip, I landed on my head because I tucked, but didn't lean. I wasn't on any padding. It hurt, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
