Use a curling bar. Be sure you finish the rep and hold for a second or two on the top.

You must be genetically predisposed with a peaky bicep muscle belly. Look around at the competitors. Only a few have short peaks. A few have long mounds. And most have a shape that is in between. You cannot change the shape of your muscle belly. Only the size.
