Question:
Answers:
No. It has almost no calories. I am a diabetic and I drink a lot of diet sodas. I can report no impact on my blood sugar levels from consuming things with Sucralose in them.
Other Answers:
No, that's why it's the recommended sugar substitute.
Sucralose has no more effect on blood sugar than cardboard (cellulose) does.
