What's the fastest way to loose weight before september?

I want to loose weight before september and school, i go back september 3erd. for my height 5"3' i'm suppose to be 155 pounds.
Now i'm 214

A very healthy diet and plenty of excercise. I don't know if you'll lose that much in that little time though.

Any time you lose that much weight in that little time, it will be very bad for your body.


Start a regimine of running/walking and then add push ups and sit ups. SLIM SAUNA BELT..i think tat's d only thing 2 lose weight.n if u use sauna belt +3hrs walking+gym+any other exercise like cycling,swimming etc then u'll lose approximately 25-30 kgs till sep.i myself have lost 15 kgs in a month..


Drink a lot of water and walk a bunch.


Starving. It's not healthy, but it is the fastest way . after chopping a leg or so.

Seriously, loosing weight is matter of getting healthy habits. And it's never too late to begin. Ban sweet food completely from your diet. Divide by 2 the amount of what you eat.
