Three people answered this Question. No body really tried to answer this Question. It shows that the questioner is very intelligent and wants to know the answer to a problem many women have. I know a few women. they don't have this problem. The reason could be have to do with the release of the egg from the ovarries through the fallopian tubes. If the egg is not fertilized by the semen the menstruation begins. This could mean the release of amino acids that cause the cravings for certain foods like the answer contained in the answer of one of the women. In any way just because you have the craving does not mean you should begin to isatisfy your hunger. You should excercise extreme caution. Otherwise you will becoe very heavy or get diabetes.
You should eat more of raw vegetables like cauliflower or lettuce without dressing to satisfy your hunger so that your hunger is satisfied but you don't get too many calories.
I hope I've answered your Question.

I crave chocolate and fast food 2 days before mine.
Just another reason to eat? Maybe it's a form of PMS.
Yes, i eat like a pig. i want as much chocolate that i can stand. I am sure it has something to do with preparing the body for a pregnancy and all the hormones that are rushing through your body. I get full of energy and can clean like a mad woman, but when it is all over, i am DONE with the eating and the cleaning.
Your hormones are jumping all around inside of you, and once your period starts, everything inside and outside of your body will feel better, which will take the anger away.
Doctors are prescribing prozac for pms, it can also help with anger also.
