I want to get "built"/buff(ju. enough for a 6 pack :)?

If I swim everyday for 3months will that help with my plan?

just keep swimming till you like how you look. do every stroke consistently. the best stroke for a six pack is butterfly. it uses all the muscles in your body. i swim every day for 2 hours. swimming has helped me with my body problems. now i am confident.

Yes but you need also a healthy diet. Exercise is very helpful but you have to lay off the carbs and make sure your eating right. Make sure that you also add more vigourous exercise so before you know it you'll have your 6 pack

ya. also do about 100 sit ups a day. and push ups if u want .. the sit ups will really help w/ ur 6 pack abs. if ur overweight, try running and eating a healthy diet, if ur not, then eat whatever u want like swiss cake rolls or nutty bars me too i want to know the same cuz i am working on it so i want to know the best thing to make at home in my spare time

It will help you get fit but it will not get you your six-pack. Most swimmers don't have them because you naturally build up more fat, for insulation, when swimming a lot. You also need the right diet to get the pack showing. Get a good base and burn most of the fat then change the diet a bit to get them gleaming. It takes a low body fat % for you abs to show. Good goal, and good luck achieving it! right diet, and workout that exercises your abbs. like sit ups.

But make sure you learn correct form or situps and excercises unless you want crooked six pack or take extra longer to develope them.
