how much weight should i lose?


Question:
im thinking 15 lbs? please give your opinons. ( iknow im not overweight but im not skinny, and i have CHUNKY thighs and lower abs.)

You might not need to actually lose. You know what's really imporant? It's not jumping on the scale, my friend. I'm l20 lbs. and what's important to me is it's not fat, it's muscle. You need to give up on focusing on the scale. You need to change your thinking a bit (assuming you do as everybody. and go to fast foods, or do the Applebees thing..) Don't walk, run! Every little physical thing you do is like 'money in the bank' my friend. Be happy.. have fun at it! (I do.. I run 5 miles a day.. power lift, and am a vegetarian.. I can't wait to get up tomorrow to eat my neat lil veggie breakfast either.) A good snack? skip chips, doritos.. eat breakfast cereal.. Wheaties, cheerios.. satisfy ya, packed w/vitamins.. Do sit ups, leg lifts for the abs, thighs. You are beautiful, skip any negative thinking, babe

You don't look that bad to me. Mybe 10 lbs is enought. wow, you have a nice body. You shouldn't lose weight at all. You know guys always like a little meat on the bones, lol. But you're the perfect size, you shouldn't lose any, or you'll start looking weird and crazy like Nicole Richie (I like her, but she looked sooo much better before)..


How much do you weight and how tall are you? You don't look like you need to lose any weight at all. If you have areas of concern (as we all do), then do exercises targeted at those areas although you look very toned up already. Honestly you have nothing to worry about, you are very slim.
