If you stick to it, you're plan will work. But dont' forget to stay hydrated. All that running will dry you're system out. Have a bottle of water at hand while you're running and rest if you have to.

Very ambitious. Yeah it'll work. i think it will work, as long as you dont pig out in between
Yes it will work. you are doing alot of activities so you may need to increase your calories if you become dizzy (good calories/not junk calories) You will still lose weight with the increase of calories because of the heavy daily work out. Best of luck !
Coming from personal experience and knowledge this will work, its a great way to start. Remember not to pus yourself to hard at first, Its best to see a doctor before starting any heavy exercise programs as well.
I think it will work and you will have a nice musclar body. Just make sure to keep doing that routine after your body is awesome because you'll never know, you could be like this again.
Good Luck and have a nice day.
Weight Change = Calories Eaten - Calories Burned
It doesn't matter what you do or don't do, as long as you are eating fewer calories than you are using you will loose weight. You can loose weight on a snickers, soda, and TV diet as long as you are eating less than your maintenance calories.
