What dietetic breakfast you'll suggest me.?
Question:
I'm sitting on a diet in which i eat bunch of veggies and minimum amount of meat, i got tennis trainings DAILY. but somehow I manage to eat 2 fried eggs with 60gramms of tunna. I'm seeing the effect of my diet but I'd like to increase it.
(my height is 6'4 (1.95meters) and i weight 30kilograms more that i should to.)
what breakfast you'll suggest me.

Try a protein shake/smoothie in the morning. I use low-fat vanilla soy milk w/ a protein powder (I'd be happy to share with you the one I use, but don't wanna spam) and fresh or frozen peaches. It makes a delicious peaches and cream flavored smoothie that is high in fiber and protein but low glycemic. One large smoothie like that takes me well past lunchtime w/o any cravings or hunger. For a work-out version, add an extra scoop of Soy Protein (again, I'll be happy to share if you want).
You can play around with chocolate soy milk or differen fruits. My favorite is vanilla/peach, vanilla/blueberry, chocolate/strawberry, and chocolate/banana.
