Weight loss is not magic, just burn more energy than you take in. So decrease snacks and portion sizes and do some exercise for 30 minutes per day. You will see a difference. Most people need to get real honest with themselves when they are telling you they have tried everything to lose weight. I bet the majority do not do nearly enough moving every day. Yes. It sure helps. I just started a weight loss program of my own. I go to the gym 4 times a week and watch what I eat. Support from others is essential. When you feel like you can't go on, someone is there to help you through it. Good luck.
