Due to breaking my wrist and leg this past year I cant excersize much what can I do?


Question:
I'm not suppose to be on my leg much and the plate is hurting my wrist. I tried yoga thinking that would be okay but it hurt both my leg and my wrist. Any other suggestion?

do you have access to either a pool or a jacuzzi......? if so , there are very light exercises you can do , to loosen up .

Also short walks can be helpful .

Try swimming or water aerobics...both are gentle but great exercise.
Stretch and eat less. Or go to a physical therapist, they know all sorts of low impact workouts
Swim it's great exercise and therapy.
My mother is wheelchair bound - but there are wonderful books you can review at Amazon that are aimed at people with various limitations or disabilities --- take a peek!
how long ago did you break it ?..........try THI-CHI.......... go to your MD.and see if your hospital dose it under pain management/we get up in buffalo NY/but it works better and you can sit down,and stand when you can...
