If I workout with the airconditioner on, will I burn less calories?

Question:
I always get more tired when I workout without the air on, am I burning less calories if the temperature is cool even though I do the same exercis at the same intensity

Answers:
The air temperature has less to do with calorie burning than muscle fatigue. If it is too cool, you run the risk of damaging muscles. That's why you stretch and warm up first..to loosen them.

Other Answers:
as long as yr body is exercising. doesnt matter.

no the opposite is true

the temperature surrounding you does not make you burn more calories, if anything it has the opposite effect, that is, it makes you get tired sooner because your body can't cool down as fast as when the air is on

when you get more tired, then you stop sooner and fewer calories are burned up no dont do that ! in an ac u wont get tired at all. so it will be useless if u excercise in an air conditioner. i would adivse you to workout in an open area raher than an ac.
