is the treadmill good?

as i have said before about me wanting to lose at least 5 pounds is the treadmill good and if it is how long should i go on it for(I'm 12)

Answers:
At least 30 minutes a day. You can do it every day as well or at least every other day.

Other Answers:
Treat the treadmill just like walking outside. If you're only 12, I wouldn't recommend over-exercising. Ask around and do an internet search on walking times, you're bound to find some good resources and tips.
