How long will it take to see results?

Question:
from cutting back on intake of food , eliminating sweets adding fish oil supplements with OMEGA-3 and vitaminE and excercising 30-35 minutes every other day on an stationary bike?

Answers:
I'm assuming you're asking 'how long will it take to see weight loss' from your current regimen.

It's pretty simple to calculate when it'll start showing up on the scale. Here's how:

Every 3500 calories you burn or restrict will result in a net loss of 1 pound.

So, if you restrict enough calories and exercise enough on your bike to lose 35,000 calories, you'll see a decrease of 10 pounds. All you have to do now is to calculate how many calories you're restricting as well as how many you're burning. With the regimen you've asked about you'll probably see a pound drop-off every other day or so (depending on your caloric restriction).

I've been helping people lose weight for a bit more than 20 years now so here's a free piece of advice: Don't be in a hurry. Take your time, lose no more than a pound or two a week, and make certain that you're committed to a lifestyle change.

Any diet and exercise regime takes 90 days (3 months) to see any results.

you should be able to see results within days. this is a really good fast program

This all depends on how many calories your cutting out from your diet. If you want to see results fast, cut at least 500 cals a day and work out more like 90 minutes. Those vitamin e and omega 3s aren't gonna help you lose weight. they have nothing to do with it. read up on what they do do.

Skip the fish oil supplements and vitamin E pills. Take a multi-vitamin a day instead.
Cut out fried foods and foods high in fat, in addition to sugary foods.
