How to safely diet...?
Question:
are there any tips that can help me.....
Answers:
ok well since noone else gave ANY suggestions lol, im 15 too! And its not so much a diet that you should consider it as cuz when you do loose the weight and go off the diet you'll gain it back, and yes you can go on diets at this age! jeez who taught you that it was "unhealthy" ok wow sorry im getting off topic, ok make sure to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits (at least 3 servings) also have 3 meals a day with 2 snacks, it doesnt matter when you eat (a common myth) but make sure you have at least 1,200 cal a day or your body will think its starving. Also take vitamins and make sure to get excersise 3-4 times a week if not more, it only has to be 20 min and you can break it up into 10 min in the morning and 10 at night. Also count your calories *muy importante!* write down everything you eat and how many calories they have ( if you dont know they have site that you can type in the food and it'll tell you) also make sure you get a lot of protein in your diet and slowly incorporate weights into your program. also start to cut out soda and sweets if you do eat them, start by picking one thing ex.soda and just focus on not having that then the next week pick another and so on. most importantly dont give up if you eat something bad and dont expect to loose it fast (you should loose about 1-2 lbs a week) hehe yeah i know, this is basically one of my hobbies lol im gonna take human nutrition at college well thats all i can think of, if you have any questions or wana know anything else feel free to email me anytime (sami.inguanzo@gmail.com) good luck!

Anyone underage sgould really see a nutritionist or some type of doctor for that.
talk to your doctor about your goals...how much you want to lose, for example. You and your doctor can work out a plan that includes diet and exercise, and helps you work toward your goals.
u should not be dieting at such a young age, your body is still growing and it needs many nutrients
instead think more about eating healthy
the best thing to do at your age is to consult a doctor. because, you are too young to legally purchase diet pills because they are a possible risk for minors. DO NOT starve yourself, DO NOT make yourself vomit, you know what is not healthy. other than that, just eat healthy and do a little exercise, walking is great, a pedometer could help you to keep track of your progress. hope this helps.
you wont if you do this properly ,this article has some healthy and safe weight loss programs and exercise which you can try out
Talk to a docter before you go on a diet. He or she will help you plan your dietl. Also, try keeping a food diary.
You can try cutting out sugary foods and maybe a brisk walk every day; just around your neighborhood. Consult your doctor for an eating plan possibly.
Just eat 5 times a day... little portions.. and exercise for about an hr a day.. maybe 30Min's.. depends on Ur stamina..... I would also recommend a nutritionist, but its not necessary, just go on healthy diet.. combine veggies, high lean protein, nd low carbs, plus some physical activities such as walking// ... grape fruit helps burn fat.. have half cup of GF b4 or after meal... have a cup in the morning... u cna also drink green tea.. maybe a tea cup in the mornin, and another in the afternoon.... it helps burn fat.. celery does too.. if u can eat it as snack.. maybe 3 stalks a day...... well i hope i gave some helpful tips.. but just eat little portions if u wanna lose weight nd dont forget eat 5 times a day, it keeps ur metabolism going..... wait 3 hrs in btw to have ur next little portion of food lol im mixing words here, just tryin to let out everything.., hope i helped.. and GOOD LUCK hunni. :)
It can be done and it can work permanently too. It will take some time before you see results so be patient. This works for me:
1. Do not diet - diets make you gain weight faster and more. Change you eating habits instead.
2. Cut portion size by 1/3 (one third).
3. Limit fast food to once every two weeks or so.
4. Replace most snacks with fruits that you like.
5. Add vegetables to each meal.
6. Choose all different colors fruits and vegetable.
7. Eat less carbs than meat or protein.
8. Increase you activity. Swim, dance, walk, run or any kind of movement except watching TV and playing on the computer.
Sometimes you can break the new habit and eat junk or be lazy - but always go back to it and I promise you it WILL work.

PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:
*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity minus the Thermic Effect of Food (TEF). A website that explains this formula in more detail and will help you determine how many calories you need to reach or maintain a certain weight is at http://www.primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/library/weight/calsburned.htm
Get a diet and fitness calculator that you can put on your computer or cell phone. This will allow you to easily calculate the above formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.

It is difficult and unhealthy to lose more than one or two pounds per week. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. If you eat 500 fewer calories per day for a week you will lose one pound. If you burn through exercise 500 more calories per day for a week you will lose one pound.
*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.
Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as potatoes) and drink lots of water. Read this article for more information on high GL Carbs:
