i have lost weight and have excess loose skin on my stomach and inner thighs.?

Question:
Exercise isn't helping and I am still looking like a plus size in my clothes. what can i do?

Answers:
Maintain your exercise regimen but also add weight training and the inches will be reduced. Keep in mind you might gain some muscle mass but those pounds are better than fat.
I have recently added strength training and I see a huge difference in how I look and how my clothing fits. Good luck!

Other Answers:
Dont over work yourself but try more strenuous workouts

Skin is elastic, to a certain degree. If it's a little extra skin, it may "snap" back with time. There is a lotion on the market (over the counter) for skin-toning, I recall. It's for "tightening" the skin. If it's a lot of skin, then my friend (who had a gastric bypass surgery) needed to have it medically removed in surgery. He looks GREAT now, by the way. Congrats on losing so much weight! get a tummy tuck. that's what they do on Dr. 90210

You need to grow muscle to fill the skin. Dont worry if your a girl.toned muscles wont make you look bulky.they will look good infact.

MMM maybe u havent exactly lost all the weight--just some and that is some more sorry but fat (or you could say a little extra chub) or wut can i say??lose a little more for results.

you can't get rid of skin.. no amount of toning will help

you might want to talk about platic surgery.

for now get some support articles to contain the skin

Depending on how much weight you've lost. You may have loose skin depending on your skin elasticity. You may need to change your eating habits. Like eating more protein and less fat. At first, you could start cutting back on your food intake then change your eating habits along w/exercise. Start off doing cardio for at least 30 minutes then you should notice some pounds coming off.
