eat after abs exercise?


Question:
When I eat after doing abs exercise (sit up, crunches), I got bloated and gassy and burping a lot, even a little diareha sometimes.
What do I need to do to make my stomach relax and comfortable after abs exercise so that I can eat well afterwards? is there certain amount of time that I need to wait before eating?
