Yes, I found that if I take vitamin C 300mg twice a day in place of meals, I lose a lot of weight.
well i have tryed diffrent diet pills and most did not work the only one that did was trimspa but pills can be bad but if your like me you use them anyway. so if you really want to lose weight i would say trimspa is the best pill i had lose 40 pounds in 1 month and 2 weeks on that but do not think that the diet pill will make weight fall of of you help it along with this plan

eat 1000 calories a day no less
workout 3 or more hours a day 6 days a week
eat no more than 20 grams of fat and eat lots of fiber

do not eat after 7:00pm
work out 20 min before meals and workout after meals

Diet and exercise is the best way to lose weight and keep it off.but the only weight loss pills I've taken were Zantrex-3 and Cortislim. After taking the Zantrex-3 for about 2 days, I was so wired that I probably lost weight from all the running around. I lost around 20-25 lbs in the first 10 weeks. I had gained back most of the weight (because I did not eat right and exercise), but it no longer worked. Cortislim was an all around waste.
BTW.Hula hooping is a great way to work your stomach once you get the hang of it. Just do it for about 15 min. a day. Dancing also gives you a great workout- so TURN IT UP AND HAVE FUN!!
There are no diet pills that work. Bottom line, you need to plan a workout program that suits your needs. Include light weights, cardio, rest and good eating. i really belive that the dieting pills don't work at all i just think that the pills are just druging you so if you are some one who doesn't like being druged stop taking them or don't start..

i took a couple and they actually made me tired zantrax 3 worked for a little but then i started feeling like my heart wasnt beating correctly skipping bbeats and irregular beats.i took it once in a blue moon for extra energy - but only one not the 2 before every meal - (unless u are a crack head maybe) only 1 per DAY. i lost a little weight but only from excercising
