Why shouldn't we mix our foods?


Question:
Like mixing carbs with protein, fruit and protein, etc.

Answers:
There's no reason other than taste.
Because different foods need different amounts of stomach acids to digest. If the bosy uses too much you tend to lose a lot of the nutrients.
There is no reason not to mix all you want. There may be a religious reason.
because some people dont need to do that because it makes them bigger
Some people that mixing foods dilutes enzymes or interferes with absorption.

I disagree, although I think taking pacing carbs at a meal helps with blood sugar surges.
