I will start by telling you you are not fat. You actually may need to gain weight because this size at the age of 13 isnt average. A size 2? No this is not fat far from fat honey. Try gaining a little weight. You need meat on your bones.

Sounds like your morbidly obese. You need to lose some weight quick. Stick to 400 calories a day and lots of running.
Please for your own sake...shut the computer off and go talk to your mom or grandma. They are the two people that will not lie to you about that. For the record, you sound just fine but do not concern yourself with weight...focus more on health. Eat good food and exercise and laugh a lot.
