run a mile each morning and that will cut your love handles or you can swim everyday about 10 laps and that will help inmnensely

try doing some kind of work out. That is the toughest one to get rid of. I work out everyday, and I have a six packs but I can't get rid of the love handles.. More situps didn't do anything.. Only thing I can recommend is fat free diet with protein shakes. I drink protein smoothie everymorning before I work out.. and I see some difference

There are several ways. By diet control, I assume you mean cutting portions and starving yourself. I agree, you don't want to do that. But do cut out pre-packaged junk food like chips and twinkies. You'll also want to quit drinking soda and other beverages full of high-fructose corn syrup. Those two factors are the biggest cause of obesity in normal Americans. Instead, snack on healthy foods and work out. A good exercise for working off the love handles is cross-crunches. They work the obliques along the sides of your abdomen and are pretty simple. Just like regular crunches, but when you come up you'll alternate touching your right elbow to your left knee and your left elbow to your right knee on successive repetitions.

i have that problem too! i have recnetly hit the gym, and they have a maching there that is like a weight machine but you turn from side to side. it has made the orld of difference, and its fun! i dont feel like im working out, and ive lost about 2 inches from my waist. also, im a big bleiever in green tea. drink it instead of coffee, , and try this machine(available in most gyms), and within a few weeks youll start fitting into your best jeans! good luck, and i welcome a diet buddy who has the same body problems as i. its always easier to work out or talk with someone who can be your cheerleader. go hun go! Just stay away from junk food, do some exercising. (Swimming would be best.) And perhaps try to drink nothing but water for a while.
