why do people think that if you ask a question about getting in shape that your fat?
Question:
Answers:
I know what you mean man. 95% of people who hear "im going to the gym" automatically assume that person is going to lose weight. Well for us skinnier people its just the opposite. I was 6'2" at 150 lbs with hardly any body fat. in little less then 2 years i worked my *** off to get to a bit under 200 lbs. Not all 'clean' weight, as that would be impossible, but still under 18% body fat. NOT bad for trying to bulk up without roids.
And there is no need to answer ur question, u have the motivation you need right there! You said you 'WANT TO BECOME FIT.' and for any human being, that is all you need for motivation. harvest it into a must do thing, and pretty soon you wont be able to STOP working out. U will see results if you get on the right diet and those results will only motivate you more. YOU JUST got to get out there and do it.
If i could offer one tip it would be... CONSISTENCEY IS KEY. Set your mind on a goal each month (small goals) and work your way up. Never give up and never think its going to come easy. Good luck to ya, AND GET MOTIVATED!

people are just closed minded and can be so rude. Join a gym and take a friend to work out with or get a personal trainer. Hope it works - good tunes always help too.
Because alot of people assume that if your'e height and weight proportionate that you must be in shape.
