if i dont feel like walking for a day?

im feeling a little soar, from work dance practice and working out, what are some things i can do to burn fat but not go overboard and be really soar when i have to work the next day.

Just do some light stretching to relax those sore muscles. If you practice yoga, that would be good to do today.

You shouldn't be exercising every day, you need to have rest and recovery days too.
