Answers:
hey bro im turning 15 soon also u might woant to edit to include weight and height also for abs ur best bet would be wieghted situps they give ur abs that deeep cut look but to get the abs u must first shed all the fa on ur stomach i skateboard around 5 hurs aday so thats how i keepp my six pack looking chissled so pls edit so we can c what shape ur in and ab lounges do not just to let u kno i use to try and after 3 months of no results on getting my abs biiger i converted to weighted declinde situps and they really get ur abs good i use a 20 pound bar and perform 30 reps at 6 sets and at the top rally squeeze so ur abs will get bigger also perform leg raises for ur lower abs so u dont just have a 4 pack and ur diet plays a role if ur carb sensitive u might want to stay aay from them and fats limit to like 30 pounds ince ur trying to rid ur body of fat eat mono and poly unsaturated fats eat high protein on 100% whey gold dtandard in bodybuilding.com diet plays a huge roll in all aspects of life eat salad lots and drink lots and limit urself to 15 grams of sugar a day no salad drssing or condimins they are high in sugar or sodium

Other Answers:
