is it true that having water immediately after meal affects your digestation?

Question:

Answers:
Yes, it does. Ideally, you should refrain from drinking too much fluids straight after a meal, as it dilutes the digestive acids in the stomach, and can lead to indigestion and bloatedness. If you want a drink, do it at least 1/2 hour before or after your meal.

Other Answers:
Yes it does, instead of water you can drink a warm tea it usually help it.
i haven't heard of that idea yet.. i guess it's not.
I know someone who wont drink anything while eating, because I understand that hampers digestion. Only drink a few minutes afyer meals.

I haven't done the research but it kinda makes sense.
yes offcourse, drink water before halfan hour u take ur meal .again drink after half an hour of your meals
I think it is with the meal that can be the problem, it can give you indigestion I have heard but I think it is just if you drink it too fast. I think it is ok if you just sip it between bites cause it can slow you down and make you eat less and enjoy what you are eating more and I think it helps digestion then.
