I'm trying to loose my slightly protruding belly in 1 month to fit into this outfit?

what is the best thing to do, I have irritable bowel syndrome and I am doing the Colonix cleanse but have been having terrible stomach cramps, I heard this helps loose a little weight and reduces your belly, what foods and exercises can I use, remember I'm skinny, its just my belly thats a problem, and I need to trim it some in 1 month?

if you're thin but have trouble with a belly, there's a new procedure you might want to look into. it involves needles and is a little expensive, but permanent and very effective. it takes a few weeks to get all the results. i don't know of any food or exercise that will help you lose fat in just one area.

It all depends upon your current level of fitness, but to start with a brisk walk every day for an hour will start to burn of fat, add to this core exercises, these will strengthen your middle region and pull everything in(core exercises can be found in numerous books and you don't need any special equipment, well maybe a gym ball (£5 from tecso) remember you can't expect miracles over night, but with hard work and determination it will be worth it.
