Answers:
Get some Naproxen Sodium- over the counter Naprosyn and take a hot bubble bath. Or get in a hot tub if you have access to one. Have fun and behave tonight!

Other Answers:
Take some painkillers
you will have to work it out! go play more tennis or at the party do alot of dancing and by tomorrow you will have worked the soreness out.
Well it sound like you've overdone it, so the only real cure is time . but you can make things a little less painful with a hot bath or a hottub soak. If you're desperate, try some ibruprofin, which is good for muscle aches.
Take 600-800 milligrams of Motrin. You'll be fine.
soak for a few hours in a hot tub or hot bath
Hottub
Great to relax tired muscles.
Take some advil
Soak in the tub, take some Aleve.
take a HOT bath. like as hot as you can take it. Take an Ibuprofen, and DONT just lay around, laying around will make it worse when you get up. Stretch out, do some light excercise.
Eat foods high in protien (like oatmeal with bluberries). The protiens will fill in the tiny little holes you have in your muscles after working out really hard. Also do some stretching throughout the day and take a hot bath or shower. Have fun at the party!
take a long hot bath with some soothing body wash in it. after that put some icy hot and do light exercise. u can get a massage too.

i play tennis a lot and i am always getting sore this always helps me. try it and im 100% sure u will feel sooooooo much better for ur party.
take a pain killer too.
Miss Lisa is right - the only proven ways are to either wait a few days, or go and have another workout on the same muscles, but not as long / hard this time, just enough to warm them up and get the blood flowing.
If you have bath salts take a 30 minute bath with those. It will reduce the ache. Trust me I know. If you don't then just a bubble bath will work but the salts are what get deep to the bone. Have fun!
It appears you've overworked the same muscle groups and now you'll have to wait for it to heal. If you enjoy playing tennis this much, try doing a regular workout three or four times a week. Stretching all your muscles so they become used to the movements and won't hurt any longer.

Right now, I suggest a nice warm shower and maybe an aspirin to help you through the evening - but starting in a day or two, please see that all your muscles are stretched to avoid this onslaught of pain.
I did the same thing recently with playing tennis for two days at 3 hours each day. I was very sore for about a day, but I continued with some daily stretching, hot bath, aspercream, and two Advils. I felt much better in only one day.
take painkillerz
Hi.! well, most of the pain you feel comes from the adenosine (a chemical) your muscles produces in an stress situation (this case, the tennis practice), since im assuming that you recently began to practice this sport, its normal for you to experience this discomfort. However, you may feel better if you follow this advices (i hope they help):
1. Take some pain medication. if you are not prone to stomach problems like bleeding or ulcers, you can take Advil or Diclofenac, if you have an ulcer problem, then Tylenol is the best for you, one each 6 hours for 2 days will do.
2. Put some ice/cold water on the places you feel sore the most, that will help with the inflamation process. you might wanna do that on the very first evening, then, for 2 more days, after that, you can put local warm pads on the pain areas.
3. Continue working out!! most of the pain remits and you may feel better, but if you stop training, your body will never get used to the physical stress from working out, and you will feel sore every time you do this, if you do it "once on a while". so work out regularly
4. Get at least 8 hours of sleep and drink lots of water.. that also keeps you hidrated and relieved.!
Be well soon.. bye!
your body is getting use to all the running you are doing everything hurts the first time you do it
Take some ibuprofen or acetaminophen for now and go on to your party. The next time that you exercise so vigorously, drink several glasses of water the following few hours. Do not drink anything alcoholic. The water will help cleanse the body when you do to much. I hope this helps.
before and after any big workout you MUST stretch for atleast 10 minutes.
