Water makes me?

Question:
Burp. Is this normal? what causes me to burp when i drink water?

Answers:
Drinking too fast and taking in air when you drink, Slow down and close mouth onto glass to make a seal so air can't come in when you drink.I do this when drinking coke or any carbonated drink. If you're drinking carbonated water-stop and drink plain water or spring water.

Other Answers:
you drink it too fast and swallow air too, that makes tou burp

you are gulping down air. That's what makes you burp Drink slowly. are you using a straw? you are swallowing air with the water..SIP it.

I'm not sure if it is "normal" but sometimes it happens to me, too. Sometimes it is because of sulfur in the water (harmless, but yucky), or if I drink it really fast, then air gets swallowed, too, and I burp the air out.

i think that sometimes when you drink water that you may swallow so air which may cause you to burp

too much air is trapped in your esophagus. You probably drink water quickly-as it is so very refreshing. Therefore air gets trapped. With water? With pop? yes

me too. it happens to everyone. since water is matter and matter is filling up your stomach, you feel full and what do you do when you feel full?
that's right! you burp
*burp* It's because you gulp it like a PIG. Don't be a PIG anymore and learn to sip like a lady. PIGS gulp like you used to and cute ladies drink their water by sipping' it down. This goes for any fluid .
The PIG style hurls air down with the water so that you will burp like a PIG . The Lady sippin' style is all about being a LADY .

BOSCO When u drink water u tend to swallow small amount of air as well and thats what comes out later as a burp. Nothing abnormal as such. Usually happens in babies after they drink milk.
