Will I be able to work out like I used to?
I messed up my knee, I'm assuming through powercleans a few years back. Since, I have been afraid to lift like I used to. I am perfectly able to run like I always have been, but I want to strengthen my legs back to where they were. When I try to strain it, it becomes very sore for long periods of time. Is there any way to enhance the strength in my knee so I can go back to highly weighted squats and cleans?
Is there a website that helps w/ dieting that u don't need a membership?

i also have knee problems. I can tell you that your knee will probably never be the same. i went to an orthopedic surgeon due to the fact i couldnt walk and he made me do 6 weeks of physical therapy. that made my knee fell sooo soo soo much better. it really strengthened it. but my problem became worse and i eventually had to have surgery. in your case i think you need to consentrate on getting your knee back to normal (maybe go see a orthopedic surgeon) and forget about wether you can lift weights or not. you will be soo glad that you took the time to make it better and in due time it will heal maybe not back to perfect but you will be able to continue weight lifting.
