cabbage soup diet question?

ive reached the 3rd day of diet and cannot stand the soup, if i go on with diet, no cheating, only selected food on days, without soup, what difference will it make with weight loss results? will it?

when i started my diet i did the cabbage soup diet.for one week just ate soup i got sick of it but i did lose 4kgs..the soup diet kicked started my weightloss,after i stopped the diet i just exercised a lot and ate good foods i have lost 25kgs in total and havent put on any weight.so if u can put up with its worth it..ps u tend to fart a lot aswell heheh
