Energy to work out?

Question:
I go into work early in the morning so I get done around 2:30 or 3:00 every day, which is great. The only problem is that Im always so exhausted from working all day. (im a Special Education teacher, by the way, and my days are draining). Anyone have any ideas for something that couldgive me a little boost mid day? I have tried things like Xenadrine a long time ago and I liked all the energy they gave me, but they're so bad for you and they caused me to have trouble sleeping. Any other ideas?

Answers:
I suggest Energizing Soy Protein. It has 9 essential amino acids present in the right proportion and is easily absorbed. It is a vegetable protein with no cholesterol, saturated fats, or artificial flavors or preservatives. It curbs the appetite, is a real "energy" booster and maintains your blood sugar level and I love the taste.

Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions.
Eat some fruit and take a walk in the fresh air
Okay, first of all the only way to feel energized throughout the day is to work out FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. Go for a run (about 3 miles) before you go to work everyday. At first it will be like hell but after a couple of weeks you'll feel like a million dollars. I bet that as your day comes to an end you wont hesitate to hit the gym and do some cardio..try it and you'll see what I mean.
Get a workout partner. It's harder to skip a workout when you know somebody is counting on you to be there and you can motivate each other quite a bit.
I like to eat Detour bars, not only are they filling, they have the proper amount of nutrients. Because of the nutrients it gives your body a chance to recover from the stress of work, plus give you energy. Please, as a fitness person, please don't take Xenadrine or those others. I can not stress the damage they do to your body and mind. Try one, or one that fits your lifestyle better.
Eat carbs. They dont make you fat as long as you burn them.

Im debating on whether or not I am going to take caffeine tablets. they definitely would give more energy.
green tea. it has antioxidants and a boost of caffeine. I think it has no calories too if there's no added sugar or stuff like that. Also, Lipton has came out with green tea in bottles if you're on the go.
