Yoga and pilates! Try it; it really works for flexibility, balance, focus and stretching. The pilates also elongates your body!
Get on top and hump for an hour
Do 45 mins. of karate stretching for kicking etc.
this article has some great yoga and pilates routines that will give you that fexibility
wow - you want it all!!!

Ok for vertical jump - heres some simple ones you dont have to go to the gym for - speed skipping - 10 second burst witha skip rope as fast as you can, 1 leg hops - hop for about 20 yards for as fast as you can on one leg, walk back then do the other - then do the same but try and make each hop as long as possible, two leg jumping - jump as fast as you can over 20 yeards then repeat jumping as far as you can, finally jumping under a hoop - squat down fast as jump as high as you can reaching for the hoop - as you land relax into the squat and jump again - do 5

as you get stronger you can do more of the above

if you go to the gym squats, lunges and calf raises will help your jump

it is too hard to explain stretches but do a search for stretching the hamstrings, quadriceps, hip flexors, adductors and abductors, lower back and piriformis and gliteal muscles and you find many

try and stretch twice a day - but dont alwats stretch as hard as you can - do relaxed stretches where you stretch to about 90% and hold for 15 sec

you will be amazed how flexible you can get - I am 270lbs and can do the splits in both directions

have fun
I will need to push your knees past your ears. Then grab your ankles and spread them as far as my hands can reach.
taking time and stretching every morning will increase your flexibility over time. pilates will also work if you keep up with them .
