Nothing in the long run, and it's possible you could end up gaining weight, because your metabolism won't settle down. It's important to consume 1800-2000 calories a day, but just take care as to where those calories are coming from, be patient, be consistent and you'll likelyto see better results in the long run. Nobody can answer that question - everyone is different and respond differently to diets.
