Slim fast questioin?

i know theres a chance ill gain it all back. but i figure if i take it slowly and get back into a regular diet right i wont.

slim fast really does work,however,it is important for you to eat one healthy meal per day with approximately 1100 calories.The slim fast shakes have 190 calories and to keep the diet safe you will need at least 1500 calories per day total including the shakes..I wouldn't start out full force with the exercise particularly if you have been sedentary.You will lose about 10 pounds in 3 weeks,some of which will be water weight.As always run any diet or exercise program by your doc for safety sake.Slim fast is loaded with vitamins,minerals and fiber.The bars are delicious also.

No one can tell you what will happen. Depends on genetics and metabolism. noone can answer that. eveyones metablism is differnt. only a doc can tell. all these answers will be a guess
there is no way of knowing, we dont know how many calories you were eating a day versus how many calories your eating a day now, and everyone's metabolism is diffrent
I would lose at least 20 pounds if I did that.
We can't calculate how much you will lose. How do we know what you eat for the other meal you did not replace? Are you running at full speed, or just jogging? Uphill, downhill, or on flat ground? How big are your glasses of water? And you don't even need a diet. 5' 6" and 133? Why do you want to lose weight?
well it is not necessary that u will gain weight again but u need to be careful with ur eating habits. u can get back to ur normal diet but take it slowly back to normal diet
It depends on your metabolism, bmi, what you eat for your other meal, etc. Everybody is different.
And it depends on what your "regular diet" is as to wheter you will gain it all back or not. Honey, if you're 5'6 and weigh 133, you're just about right. Don't worry so much about losing weight as much as focusing on toning your body and strengthening your muscles. I'd replace ONE meal a day with Slim-fast, which should be lunch. A good breakfast doesn't have to be fried eggs and bacon. But it's important for your body to start metabolizing after resting for several hours during sleep. Metabolism is what makes you burn calories/fat. Honestly, a bowl of low fat oatmeal and an apple is exactly what you need in the morning. It supplies protein, the proper sugars (unrefined) and a great carbohydrate count to jumpstart your calorie fighting abilities. Remember, and why so many people don't take this to heart just baffles me, if your body thinks you're hungry..IT WON'T BURN DIDDLY. And rather than running, which isn't especially good for females, try walking for 30 minutes, then coming home and doing tummy crunches and other muscle toning exercises with a Swiss ball (which you can get at any WalMart for about $12). The Swiss ball has an exercise pamphlet inside the box with great ideas for women.
I guarantee, if you do this for one month, you'll drop several pounds and dress size while toning up your butt, tummy and thighs. That's what you want to do, not become a 5'6 skeleton. Okay first drink a lot water no make you lose those pounds ,if you no eliminated that extra water and you step on scale you going see more weight ,drink what you body ask for.,small portion are the best,never hungry okay stay from sugar ,mean cut off.eat after every meal 1/2 grapefruit ,or juice ,not pink + extract lemon 1/2 fl on 2tbs.,walk are ,make you diet sport.Be Happy..
