stability ball Question?

Question: I got a new stability ball and i wondered if it is strong enough if it were used as something to sit on regularly, if its okay to u just can sit on it?

Answers:
sure they are designed to be used as a chair at work stations

normally it would tell you how strong it is when you buy it - if it is an antiburst model it is just fine
