What is the quickest way to remove THC from your body?

I need some ideas how to completely rid yourself of THC. Does working out help? Does sweating in a sauna help? Or should I just flush?

Well I'm assmuing your asking this question because you love to smoke marijuana. The most "common" way to remove it is drinking a lot of water. This way the water flushes the THC out of your system. I've never heard of the Sauna idea but I doubt it works. So keep drinking water.

Go to General Nutrition Center, GNC. They sell a tea that cleanses your system. Just ask them, they'll know what you're talking about. It's kinda expensive and you have to drink about a gallon of it, but it works.

if you only smoked once and are worried about the drug test, you dont even need 3 weeks.

Your best bet is to sweat it out. Sauna and working out should do just fine. In the meantime just hold off on the herb........but i shouldn't have to tell you that.

If you're going for a drug test, there are cleaning agents you can buy from a health store. The more you pay, the better they work. Otherwise it'll take about 45 days for it all to dissipate. The equipment they have now can detect THC up to 45 days. Used to be 30, but the machines are more thorough now. Pray they don't test your hair.

stopping is the best way. depending on how often u smoke will depend on how quickly it leaves ur system. if u dont smoke and u had one joint it would only take a few days to leave ur system. if u smoke more often then it will take longer. maybe a few weeks to a month. and if ur a stoner like me have been smoking daily for the past 10 years or so then its going to take a long time maybe something like 6 monthes or longer to clean up your system. there are products that can mask ur piss so it appears that ur clean but if ur taking a drug test performed by a professional then they can usually tell that ur sample has been altered with. but if your just taking a piss test for mommy and daddy they wont know that u used a masking product. these products can be found at health stores, you just have to ask them.
