Hi what can i do to use my kid as a resitandce weight workout for my leg and feet?

I use my kids or baby as a resistance weight. I get on my back and lay him across my feet while holding his arms. Then I raise my legs up and down at least 20 times. He thinks it's a fun airplane have you try this game before can you please give me steps how you play it and how long could i play the game with a kid? thanks

I used to straddle my son on my lower legs and use him for resistance weight. You sound like you already know how to play. Do as many reps as you can until you feel strain and each week increase by 5 if able. I think what you're doing now is fine. Before my son grew to be too big, I was doing 30-40 reps because he had so much fun I couldn't bear to stop.
