how can i lose weight around my midsection fast?
Question:

I lost alot of weight around my midsection by walking 3miles 3 times a day it took 1 hour each time I walked but the pounds melted off. I drank alot of water or diet soda and ate salads with lots of lettuce and tomatoes and greens in it absolutely no cheeses and I had meats like steak or hamburger patties or pork chops or grilled chicken with it. The grilled chicken is really good if you can eat it alot. For lunch and dinner. If you like tuna fish eat that for lunch but no bread have some hard boiled eggs, you are eating alot of protein on this diet but in 3 weeks you should see a major change like about 21 pounds or so and your stomach will be nice and sunken in. Do not eat cereals for breakfast! Try eggs with bacon or eggs with ham or mushrooms or green pepper in the morning you can have some shredded cheese if you want to make an omlette. But no breads on this diet. You can use a little butter to fry your eggs or use the butter flavored spray or olive oil. I never cared for the protein shakes because they bloat your stomach so be careful if you try them but I wouldn't. The walking and drinking alot of water will be your ultimate weight loss challenge but when you see the pounds melting off you'll keep going. Carry a water bottle with you at all times with ice in it. Good luck to you. You can do anything you set your mind to. You Will Do It and when you do you'll be so happy because you'll have to shop for new clothes. Don't listen to anyone putting you down because people will be jealous of what you are doing and they won't want you to succeed. Stay away from friends like that. They are not your friends if they cant support you. Have a Great Day! I almost forgot for the first three weeks, donot eat any fruit and please take a multiple vitamin so you don't run yourself down. vitamin C and calcium will help burn the calories faster at least 1000mgs of each. If you have severe sugar cravings I heard that chromium picolanate will help with that but read the labels carefully because I don't know what your medical condition is.

There is no doubt that the low-carb diet is the plan to go for for RAPID weight loss. I ate nothing but pork sausage, beef, cheese, pickles. And.I don't mean a sliver of beef, I mean 2 lbs of solid beef roast. It fills your stomach and you will lose weight in no time flat. Any exercise, of course, is good exercise. Also, my cholesterol LOWERED while on the low-carb diet. I think it's because your body is FORCED to metabolize fat and the proteins because you are feeding it nothing else. Try it.
