Well, first of all I have no idea how limited you are. If only your calf muscle is covered, than there are plenty of excercises. Try hopping on one leg for as long as you can, Do crunches, push ups, ect. Also just eat healthy and get out of th house every once in a while. Studies show that if you're cooped up in your house all day that your motivation level will plumet and weight gainis probable. If you can walk on the cast than go for brisk walks every night. Good luck. And get the cast of asap!

You can't really do too much because of your injury.and shouldn't anyway. Maybe you can start by eating healthier foods so the pounds will be easier to take off when you get that cast removed. why don't you do some ab work or lift arm weights, hope you get well soon :)

Watch what you eat, tha tis really the only thing you can do if your mobility is impaired. Switch up your snacks for something like an apple ith peanut butter instead of fries or whatever. Have your largest meal of the day be lunch, not dinner, so that your metabolism can burn more during the day instead of at night. Eat breakfast if you don't already! Excercise does not need to be leg-centric. keep up your aerobic workout by lifting weights. low weight, high repetitions. all you have to do is keep your body moving.
