Squats are good.
stadn up stary with your leg aprox sholder lenght a part.bend your knees til like your almost sitting on an invisable chair then slowly bring yourself up again.do this baout 10-20 times daily.
Also leg lifts.
Go down on the floor like oyu are about to crawl. Then straiten your left leg and lift it towards to sky slowns.then bring it back slowly. do it about 10 times then do it again with your right leg.
Also I find waling does it for me aswell.
Yoga and small weight lifting in proper positions(weight lifting with squawts).
Beyonce does that and it works.

take ballet, it really does make a huge difference.
Running will shape it faster than anything. Swimming helps, as well.
