What foods are good for me to eat if I want to lose weight I like to eat A LOT and have lots of snacks?

I only need to lose a couple inches off my waist and I'm fine but I eat a lot of snacks and I never know whats healthy?

Healthy snacks are nuts, fruit, yogurt, anything that's low in fat.


FRUIT!

apples, oranges, grapes, watermelon, cherries. the list goes on.

Keep them in the fridge so when you want a snack you can have something cold and refreshing =oD

It's super healthy and they're pretty much fat free and low in calories too

salad and fruits. drink more water it curves ur appetite, helps digest more food and faster, and all kinds of good stuff. and basically learn some self control! well cereal any kind realy but the less sugar the best,fish n soups a lot of water ,vegetebles n fruits ,juices lemonades ,have a big breakfast a mideum lunch and a relly small dinner.


Instead of eating a candy bar have an apple with peanut butter. always go for the healthier choice, you knwo what is good for you. Go to the store and look at the nutrition facts on teh things tha tyou already eat normally and healthier options like soy chips instead of potato chips.


There are these GREAT soy thingys called Soy Crisps or something and they come in Cookie Dough, Cinnamin Roll, and Pretzel flavors and they rock my sox off!! You can get it at any BJ's or Cosco. They're cheap too.

You could try eating some slim fast snacks, eat low fat yogurt, or make healthy snack with fruits & other stuff. That all I can think of for now.

Eat a lot of vegetables and don't forget protein (meat, chicken) in the average consumption for a person and lots of exercise if you want to lose a couple inches. You should seek for more info on diets. Cut out all smacks,bread,milk,fats,cereal,. that leaves you baked chicken,tuna (dry), veggies,baked chips, just cut back on all food and don't eat after 6:00 PM.


stay away from a lot of salty foods.they may encourage a lot of water retention.

Drinking about 8-8oz. glasses minimum of water perday will help to keep your digestive system busy (ie: burn fat) and since water has no calories, it is a win-win situation.

Basically remember this: whatever extra you eat per day should be matched with physical activity.
